For years I worked in Accounting Firms that in essence became more and more like production lines of compliance work. They had very few pro-active conversations with their clients to try understand if there was any other help that they could provide.

I have heard some new clients tell me that they could almost hear their Accountant clocking up billable WIP with every 6 minute increment that past while they asked a question about something that had been keeping them up at night. Or in some cases I have heard that in the past some clients had felt to intimidated to ask a question for fear of feeling looked down upon.

I have a belief that we all have a role to play in becoming collectively successful. I happen to be pretty good at Business Advice, Tax and Accounting, but I can assure you I am no Teacher, no Nurse, no Doctor, no Lawyer, no Financial Planner, no Builder, no Painter, no Electrician, no Plumber, no Jeweller, no Real Estate Agent, no Baker... I think you get my point?

So when I need help with my car I go to a great Mechanic or when I find my computer not working I find an awesome IT Professional. In partnership with these people whom provide me with their products and services that make my life easier, more enjoyable and less stressful. Having these issues in the hands of great people also allows me to focus on what I'm good at. That is to help others hopefully experience life's many great things by giving my clients great advice to help them achieve their goals. Together we Grow!
